In 2008, when I opened my first travel agency, I quickly realized how challenging it was to establish relationships with travel service providers and remain competitive in the local market. I decided to scale my business to become a more attractive partner for tour operators.
Due to limited financial resources and the need for rapid growth, I opted for a franchise model, which turned out to be a perfect strategy.

As a result, in 2018, My Travel became the largest travel agency network in Poland, with 116 locations and international expansion plans. This success brought the industry's attention, leading to the sale of My Travel to Wakacje.pl S.A., a company under the Wirtualna Polska Group. Following the acquisition, I took on the role of Vice President, overseeing the network growth and product development.
I was entrusted with further market consolidation through the acquisition of 105 Wakacyjny Świat locations. This move expanded Wakacje.pl's offline network to 389 locations, making it the undisputed market leader - a position it holds to this day.
The effect this case has on the market is that organized tourism industry has been transformed and My Travel with Wakacje.pl became a symbol of effective business scaling through acquisition and internat integration. I am proud to one of the father of this success.
