From local beauty salons to the nationwide franshise network.

Perfect Look Clinic, a brand founded by beauty treatment experts Aleksandra Wojciechowska-Staszczyk and Elwira Puchacz, caught my attention due to its strong growth potential. Analyzing the beauty industry in Poland, I identified a market gap: fragmentation and a lack of strong franchise concepts.

I joined Perfect Look Clinic as a shareholder and board member, designing a comprehensive scaling strategy.

Key transformations included:

  • Developing a new visual identity and legally securing the brand.
  • Restructuring administrative and financial resources to enable rapid scaling.
  • Remodelling the service portfolio, focusing on treatment packages.
  • Establishing strategic partnerships with equipment and cosmetic suppliers.
  • Implementing a franchise expansion model with a data-driven approach.
  • Opening own flagship locations for testing new procedures and service standards.
  • Creating an own CRM system for enhanced client management.
  • Launching an e-commerce platform (www.perfectlook.clinic) offering treatment package vouchers.
  • Partnering with key sales enablers: Groupon, Medicover, and Benefit System to boost sales.

Thanks to these initiatives, the network rapidly grew to 80 salons under the Perfect Look Clinic and Perfect Laser brands. The company also launched its own cosmetic line and an online transaction platform.

Perfect Look Clinic became a market leader in beauty services, proving that a well-executed strategy can turn a local business into a nationwide, profitable franchise.
